04. KICK-OFF CALL & WE’RE READY: Once we receive the info we need from you, Carleton Socials creates a personalized content guide. This includes a mood board, timeline, content ideas, scripts if needed and a crafted shot list.  

05. CONTENT DAY: Carleton Socials schedules a day to have a “shoot day”. We run through our CS guide to make sure we are hitting all the deliverables. 

06. POST PRODUCTION: Carleton Socials begins to edit content and is delivered within 7 days of the event. Post production meetings are always advised as well.

01. APPLY TO WORK WITH US: The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. After we receive the form, we’ll reach out within 48 hours, send you our service guide & portfolio, and a link for you to schedule a free discovery call.

02. THE DISCOVERY CALL: On the call, we’ll meet and chat about your business and needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll choose a package that best suits your needs and business goals (or create a bespoke package if needed).
 
03. ONBOARDING TIME: After we receive the payment and the signed contract, we’ll start the onboarding process – you’ll receive the onboarding materials, fill out the onboarding form & questionnaire, and give us your brand assets.
